Shipping policy

We understand how exciting it is to receive your treasures and we always do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible! We aim to have your order processed with 24hours and shipped within 1-2 business days. This excludes weekends, peak trading and holiday trading.
If you need your order sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Express shipping - Aus Post.

• Express shipping will be shown as an option at checkout for all orders.
• Order before 11:30am (QLD time) to allow us to get your parcel in the mail the same day. Orders made after 11:30am with express shipping may be posted the next business day. Excludes weekends, and public holiday trading.
  

Our Couriers

We use Sendle and Australia Post as our main couriers. Upon checkout you will have the option to choose which courier you would like your delivery service through.

Shipping cost are processed directly from both companies and are based on your location from our destination, the weight of package, package dimensions of the resources from your order.

We do not have any control over delivery times once your order has left the Play Seekers studio. If you would like the check the Australian average shipping time for your region please visit:

We are located in Warner, QLD 4500. (Brisbane Metro location.)

The above time frames should be used as a GUIDE ONLY and cannot be guaranteed. Play Seekers does not take any responsibility if an item does not arrive to you in time for a certain date due to postage delays.

Once your order is packed and dispatched you will be sent confirmation via email or text with the tracking number. Once your order has been sent the delivery times are outside of our control, We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by weather events, holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please note:
It is the customers responsibility to provide entire accurate shipping information. We cannot change delivery address once your item has been shipped for Sendle services.

Uncollected or forfeited parcels will incur additional shipping costs to be resent if returned to the Play Seekers Studio.

Delayed or missing parcels:
In the event of a courier incident where your parcel is missing or lost, in the hands of the shipping company. The responsibility lies with the representative third party courier. In the event of a missing or "Lost" item, all parcels will need to be nationally investigated and lodged as missing before we can start a claims process. Once Sendle or Australia Post commence their investigation into missing parcels and accept the missing parcel as lost, they will then pass on relevant information to us (Play Seekers)  in order to begin a claim. The time-frame on this information may take anywhere from 5-15 business days.

Combined Orders

We are happy to add products to orders already placed if your order has not been already processed. Please contact us via email: hello@playseekers.com.au ASAP and let us know the following:

after the order is amended and payment is paid, your treasures will be shipped.

Please note: We cannot make any changes to your order once it has been shipped, please choose with conscious consideration before purchasing at check out.

Authority to leave

Play Seekers does not take any responsibility for parcels or items after a delivery service is completed. This includes but is not limited to theft and effects of weather. For missing or delayed items customers will need to get in contact with the shipping service you selected.

Click and Collect

We are an online based store; we unfortunately do not offer Click and Collect on orders. If you are a Warner Local 4500, or surrounds, please get in touch with us via email so we can offer a personal drop off schedule. - Updated January 2024

 
Eco Packaging- Please excuse we like to re-use!

As a company that loves our natural and sustainably made products we also try to be environmentally minded throughout the process of delivering them to you.

We shamelessly reuse shipping boxes as much as possible. These have proven themselves to safely transport their contents to us and are still in great shape to bring them to you. We do ensure that our boxes are either wrapped with Eco friendly shipping paper, or popped into our Hero packing compostable mailing bags, to ensure safe transit to your cosy homes.
We encourage our families to use your recycled boxes and packaging for any play or arts and crafts before they make their way to your recycling bins.
