Returns Policy

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns OR exchanges for change of mind, which is in line with Australian Consumer Affairs. Please make purchases with conscious consideration.

At Play Seekers we take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However occasionally, damages may occur during transit.
In the event that your treasures have arrived damaged, please lodge a damaged or missing parcel claim via the shipping provided you selected. If you require any assistance with lodging this claim please contact us at Hello@playseekers.com.au. 

We will replace faulty items if a product has slipped through our high levels of quality control, please let us know immediately (within 7 days) by emailing us at Hello@playseekers.com.au
Products are considered faulty if they are damaged and are unusable. Damage as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Damage from misuse of items are not considered to be faulty. Please ensure you follow all care instructions and age recommendations carefully.
Natural materials are not considered to be a faulty item:
As a nature based store, many of our treasures are made from natural materials. Natural stress marks, tears or cracks are to be expected when using a natural resource such as bamboo or wood. This will not affect the way that it is played with. All natural pieces have varying shape based on how it naturally grew and therefore many pieces are not perfectly round. Each piece has a character of its own and each set is in someway unique, with varying shades of colour and shape.

As part of our faulty policy we may ask you to send a photograph or return the faulty item. Once we have either received your photo or product and we have inspected we will notify you via email of either rejection or approval of your exchange. If a replacement product is not available within a 14 business day time-frame, you will have the option for a store voucher or to be refunded the purchase price processed via your original method of payment within 7-21 business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, pre-loved items or gift cards.
Our Gift Cards Cannot be redeemed for cash, change of mind or refunds. We cannot be held responsible for loss of gift cards and encourage our customers to ensure they provide the correct contact information prior to check out.

Pre Orders:

Any order containing a Pre-Order or item will be shipped together once the per-order items arrives. If you would like your order sent in separate lots, (1.)- In stock parcel and 2.) pre order parcels) then shipping will need to be paid for the 2x shipping deliveries. Although we try out best to give accurate pre-order dates, occasionally these can be incorrect. Please allow an extra 3 weeks from estimated pre-order dates. Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled unless faulty.
