Shipping and Delivery Policy
Your beautiful parcels are packed and shipped from North Brisbane. Once your treasures are shipped with Couriers, Sendle or Australia Post, it leaves our studio and is officially on its way to your cosy home! All tracking information is sent to your contact information provided at checkout, this will be Email Or Phone number.
Sendle/ Domestic: We deliver products to Australia wide and New Zealand using Australia's first Carbon neutral shipping service Sendle. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days with shipping from Monday through to Friday, in non peak periods. Shipping times are estimated to be between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Sendle cannot deliver to PO Boxes and Rural properties. Please use our Australia Post option.

International shipping is currently closed due to Covid-19 restrictions. We hope to have international shipping available by October 2022.
International shipments are estimated between 10-28 days, depending on your location. Due to the current Covid19 restrictions, there may be unpreventable delays or international sending restrictions that may prevent delivery, which is unfortunately out of our control.
Due to safety and hygiene standards, we unfortunately cannot accept exchanges for change of mind. We will happily replace faulty items, however please let us know immediately as we have a strict within 10 day policy, by Contacting Us. Products are considered faulty if the items breaks within 14 days of purchase, packaging or dented boxes are not considered to be faulty. Damage as a result of wear and tear, misuse or environmental factors, are not considered to be faulty. Please ensure you follow all care instructions carefully and follow appropriate age recommendations. We require a photograph or the return the faulty item at the buyers expense, prior to exchange or refund of the faulty product. Once the photo or product has been inspected, we will notify you via email of either rejection or approval of your exchange. If a replacement product is not available in store, we will happily issue you a gift card for the cost of the purchase price processed via your original method of payment.
Our Gift Cards Cannot be redeemed for cash, change of mind or refunds. We cannot be held responsible for loss of gift cards and encourage our customers to ensure they provide the correct contact information prior to check out.
Pre-loved items classify as Ex display products, styling materials and seconds, which have minor markings/details. All information regarding the products description will be detailed in the product description. No refund or exchange can be issued for these items as you, the buyer will be accepting the product as is.
All products are designed and sourced with your child’s well being and safety in mind. Please read all product descriptions and care instructions carefully to ensure you are purchasing and using each item for its intended purpose so as to not damage the product or more importantly, put your child’s safety at risk. We have done our best to make these terms clear in each description and cannot be held responsible should an item be misused or the information provided is ignored. If an item does not state its age suitable then please consider 3yrs+, and ensure you supervise your children at all times with resources.
Where assortments are shown in styling, prices quoted are for each individual item. Display accessories are not included unless specified.
All of our pre-orders will have an estimated arrival date of when it will be received in store. Due to the nature of unexpected delays during this current time please be mindful of delays when placing your orders.
Should you order a “Pre-Order” item: please note that your order will be sent all together. If you require a second delivery, please contact us so that it can be arranged. Shipping fees will apply. We recommend placing separate orders to avoid any disappointment.
